“ Spent the week In Hardeeville, SC camping ,a hop,skip and a jump from the beautiful little town of Bluffton! Was looking for seafood and came upon the Bluffton Oyster Company! We went and ordered yesterday for a boil today and omg how delicious it was! We even got to taste sea peas! The service and friendliness of this whole town and the seafood store is enough for us to definitely prepare to come back! Bluffton is most definitely a "beautiful diamond in the rough"! See attached pics for oysters an boil and left overs soon to be chowdah! ”
“ Looking for authentic seafood shop. This is your place. Located along the Mat river next to the boat ramps Best place to get fresh seafood for cooking at home. We love the oysters and shrimp. I have a great recipe for mussels, red wine, and chorizo I make with their fresh mussels. ”

It is fresh. When you visit this store, be sure and talk to the locals about the kinds of fish and ask them the stories of where these fish were caught the folks that work here enjoy talking about the industry. Also be sure and walk out to the pier and spend some time enjoying being on the water. It is a fun trip. ”
“ I'm from Kentucky and frequently visit a friend in Bluffton. We tried this place for the first time, and WE WILL BE BACK! Firstly, Genya was our server, and she was awesome. So kind, such a sweetheart, and set the stage for a great experience right off the bat! We got drinks to start, and they were top-notch. My friend got the oyster po' boy, and WOW! I don't even like oysters that much, but I would order this! I opted for a platter with the catch of the day (flounder) and scallops, fried okra and collard greens. I could not leave a morsel on my plate it was so good. We were so full from lunch that we didn't even eat dinner. I highly recommend it, and if you go, ask for Genya! ”
